Assistant Director Of Ticket Operations And Annual Giving
Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations and Annual Giving assists with ticket operations and annual giving for all Murray State University athletics events. This position reports to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Relations and Strategic Initiatives, and will take daily direction from the Assistant AD for Revenue Generation & Ticket Operations and the Assistant AD for Development. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist new and current season ticket holders with the purchase, renewal and allocation of tickets and parking for men's basketball, football, and any other specialty ticketed events.
- Manage inbound ticket sales for all ticketed events.
- Perform outbound calls and manage prospects for group ticket sales.
- Assist in the football game day ticket operation.
- Assist in the men's basketball game day ticket operation.
- Serve as the primary ticket contact for women's basketball and other sports as assigned.
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for all ticketed special events.
- Assist with annual pledge renewals for current Racer Club members and identify opportunities to move members to the next giving/membership level.
- Help with the identification of new Racer Club prospects.
- Assist with the premium sales process, including identifying new prospects.
- Work collaboratively with the revenue team to utilize effective communication and creativity in serving donors.
- Represent Murray State Athletics in a positive manner through interactions with donors, fans and alumni.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Development and Ticket Office.
- Be prepared to work, as needed, all necessary sporting events across 15 varsity programs.
- Assist with the preparation and execution for various events and stewardship initiatives.
- Greet visitors and perform facility tours as requested.
- Comply with all NCAA, OVC, MVC, MVFC, and Murray State University rules, regulations and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements: One year of relevant work experience in customer service, ticket operations, sales or development.

Hourly Rate: $18.27 (Additional pay dependent upon qualifications)
