Assistant Director of Sub-Acute Nursing (ADON of Sub-Acute)Rate: $39.00-$41.00/hrSign-on Bonus: $10,000Shift: 7AM-3:30PM, Weekdays, Full-Time

Northgate Health Care Facility is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Assistant Director of Sub-Acute Nursing. This position supports the day-to-day operations of our short-term rehab unit, working alongside the Director of Nursing to ensure excellent care, regulatory compliance, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leadership of the Sub-Acute / Short-Term Rehab Unit

• Supervise and guide nursing staff and care delivery

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination

• Help monitor quality metrics, infection control, and documentation accuracy

• Participate in chart audits, staff education, and regulatory readiness

• Serve as acting leader in the DON's absence for the sub-acute team

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed

• 1–2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience in sub-acute or skilled nursing

• Knowledge of Medicare, rehab care, and EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare)

• Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork
