The Center for Multicultural Equity and Access (CMEA) enhances the education of students who have historically experienced barriers to access and success in higher education. We actively promote access to educational attainment for diverse populations through intentional programming, services, and opportunities. The Assistant Director of Student Success and Multicultural Programming is a full-time staff member in the Center for Multicultural Equity & Access (CMEA) in the Division of Student Affairs. This position reports to the Associate Director and/or Senior Associate Dean of Students and provides the Georgetown community with academic support services and educational programming/training.
