Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Leadership - Brandeis University : Job Details

Oversee the development and implementation of traditions and signature events, including but not limited to: Welcome and Winter Weeks, Family Weekend, Senior Celebration events, and other signature programs. Serves as the lead staff member for Family Weekend and Senior Celebration activities. This includes budget oversight, program development, marketing, implementation, and assessment; committee facilitation/participation; communication and registration; campus partner collaboration, donor relations, and event logistics. Responsible for serving as the primary advisor to the Campus Activities Board (CAB) including oversight of Spring. Fest and other signature events, attending regularly scheduled events, meetings, and providing training as needed. Ensure CAB offerings complement and support departmental priorities including student engagement, fostering social connections, and traditions.
