Job Title: Assistant Director of Strength and ConditioningClassification: Full-TimePay Type: Salary-Develop, implement, and supervise comprehensive strength, speed, and conditioning programs for assigned sports teams (3 5).-Assist with the training of other teams as needed.-Other assignments and duties as assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning.

Required Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree required.-Certification through Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa) or National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) required.-CPR/First Aid certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:-Master's degree in related field preferred.-2-3 years of experience in collegiate strength and conditioning.-Velocity Based Training knowledge and experience.-Force Plate knowledge and experience.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
