Position OverviewThe Assistant Director will lead initiatives in community engagement, curriculum development, social action, and leadership for CU Boulder students. This role involves managing programs, supervising staff and student leaders, developing partnerships, and promoting a culture of service, civic engagement, and social justice. The position reports to the Director of Service Learning and Impact in Community Engagement.
ResponsibilitiesStarting salary: $70,000-$73,500. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, tuition benefits, and ECO Pass.
