Title: Assistant Director of RRT

Location: Northeastern United States (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift, Mon-Fri 08:30am-04:30pm

Compensation: Pay Range: $108,500 - $155,000

Description: Oversee daily operations of the Respiratory Department to ensure quality patient care. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting standards. Manage scheduling and assignments for staff and equipment technicians. Assume departmental responsibilities in the absence of the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 Years of Leadership Experience.
• Knowledge of human resource management and healthcare standards.
• Basic understanding of procurement and purchasing procedures.
