Assistant Director of Operations - Aloha Petroleum : Job Details

Responsible for safety adherence and ensuring all service standards are met. Responsible for hiring, coaching, motivating, performance management, pay increases, disciplinary actions and dismissals following the company policy and procedures. Engage in the business, take ownership for the function, and work cross-functionally with other regional operations teams to set standards, drive consistency and determine best practices to be communicated across the company.
