Job Title: Assistant Director of Operations

Location: Bronx, NY

Salary Range: $100K-$130K

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 10 years' experience in health care, 5 years' experience in a supervisory role over direct patient care programs

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (DOH, JCAHO, AAACN)

• Understanding of modern direct patient care workflows, staffing models, revenue cycle optimization with a strong focus on efficiency

• Strong understanding of Epic and all Microsoft programs including Excel, PPT, Word, and Visio, Epic Effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage multiple timelines

Day to Day:

Our client is looking for an assistant director of operations to join the department of Urology. This person will be overseeing all major clinical and administrative operations, processes, and workflows related to patient throughput in the Urology department. This person will be overseeing practice managers and ensure that initiatives are being launched effectively. They will develop new programs and strategies to improve the effectiveness of patient care and services. They will participate in budget planning as well as work with providers in developing specialty programs to ensure workflows and staff can support the initiatives.
