$135,000 | Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity

An established skilled nursing facility is looking for a compassionate, experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and support exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist DON with clinical operations and quality of care
• Lead weekly wound/skin rounds and infection control
• Support compliance and communication across nursing staff
• Oversee daily staffing and training initiatives
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff education
• Provide 24-hour on-call support as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• 3+ years in long-term care
• 2+ years in a leadership role (preferred)
• Strong communication and supervision skills
• Flexible availability
