Develops and facilitates clinical competencies programs in Wingate facilities and provides facility based clinical support and mentoring. Responsible for the oversight and development of educational programs to promote best practice and quality outcomes. Support Nursing Administrative operation by performing various duties to ensure overall compliance with nursing and company policies. Provides direct oversight of the scheduling coordinator to ensure that sufficient staff is scheduled based on the clinical requirements of the residents. Performs additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements:

• Graduate of approved nursing school required. BSN preferred.
• Current registration as an RN in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in long term care.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Joint Commission guidelines required.
• Must be computer literate. Knowledge of EMR required.

Supervision of Others: Direct oversight of the Scheduler. Oversees all staff in the facility under the supervision of Administrator and DNS. #INDWLSL
