Your role as an Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ):

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Work closely with a supportive team of nurses and healthcare professionals

Who we're looking for:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations.
• Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Monitor compliance with resident care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with staff education, orientation, and training initiatives.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in New Jersey
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting strongly preferred
• Solid clinical and assessment skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
