Your role as an Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ):
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Work closely with a supportive team of nurses and healthcare professionals
Who we're looking for:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations.
- Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Monitor compliance with resident care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with staff education, orientation, and training initiatives.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
- Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Current Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in New Jersey
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting strongly preferred
- Solid clinical and assessment skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
