Job Summary

Support the director with providing oversight to all facets of the housing and residential life program. Provide direct supervision to designated staff members, create annual hiring and training programs for resident assistant program, provide operations and administrative oversight, and provide crisis response and management.

Responsibilities

Live-in position with on-call rotation duties, provides day-to-day oversight of housing and residential life program, creates and manages residential curriculum for all residential populations.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in higher education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a related field.

A minimum of two years of experience in residential life or a related student affairs area.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with varying student populations, including transfers and non-traditional students.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge of professional standards of college housing and residential life practices, familiarity with housing and residence life common software programs, and ability to provide leadership for a team of professional and student staff members.
