The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the food and beverage function within the hotel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restaurants, lounges, stewarding and banquet facilities. The ideal candidates background will include managing high volume outlets as well as experience leading banquet operations. This person should have experience coaching and supervising managers. This person should have Food & Beverage leadership experience. This role reports directly to the F&B Director.
