The Assistant Director of Financial Aid Undergraduate Online Programs is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial aid administration for UNEs undergraduate online student populations, including those enrolled in the Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health (PBPH) Certificate Program and the BS in Health Sciences degree completion program. Key responsibilities include application verification, financial aid packaging, award adjustments, loan origination and reconciliation, and Return of Title IV (R 2 T 4) processing. The Assistant Director also provides direct financial aid counseling and support to students and plays a critical role in advancing financial aid operations that promote access, affordability, and student enrollment success.
