The Assistant Director of Operations supports the Director of Facilities Management by providing leadership and operational oversight for skilled trades, maintenance, and building systems operations across campus. This position ensures the efficient, safe, and effective delivery of all facility operations in alignment with the mission and strategic goals of Fayetteville State University. The Assistant Director plays a key role in maintaining campus infrastructure and improving service delivery through staff supervision, resource management, strategic planning, and compliance with state and university standards. Minimum Education And Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations, including two years of supervisory experience.
