The Assistant Director of Facilities is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all physical assets and facilities within Hudson Yards Experiences portfolio. The primary goal of this position is to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this position will manage planning and coordination of all installations and refurbishments, the upkeep of facility equipment and supplies to meet cleanliness and safety standards, and management of the audio/visual infrastructure of the attractions. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, technical expertise, project management, and organizational skills.
