Berklee is looking for a thoughtful, curious, and data-driven professional to join the Enrollment Analytics team as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics. This position is a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with mission-driven impacthelping Berklee attract, enroll, and support a diverse population of students pursuing careers in music, the arts, and beyond. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics, the Assistant Director plays a key role in supporting Berklees Strategic Enrollment Management efforts. This includes building analytic capacity for advising and student success teams on the Berklee Bridge, empowering data-informed decision-making, and helping shape the future of the colleges enrollment and student support strategies.
