Pay Range
The compensation for this appointment will range from $31.25 to $33.65 hourly and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this staff appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. In addition to wages, CBU offers a robust suite of employee benefits.
Position Summary Information
Summary
Under the general direction of the Athletic Director of Development, the Assistant Director of Development is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing the athletics annual giving program. This is done by developing the Lancer Athletic Association (LAA) membership program, implementing two annual giving campaigns, coordinating LAA events, and supporting the development and stewardship efforts of University Advancement.

This position could be responsible for assigning work and / or giving direction to part-time Student Workers, in order to complete work assignments.

Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years successful experience related to fundraising and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
