Pamplin College of Business Graduate Programs is seeking an Assistant Director of Client Relationship Management (CRM) Systems to oversee the development and implementation of features, functions, and shared knowledge derived from and regarding Slate. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Advertising and working closely in collaboration with the Program Directors, Recruiters, and the Graduate School, the Assistant Director of CRM Systems performs maintenance, enhancements, and configurations necessary to ensure reliable business workflows in the Slate environment to support processes related to CRM functionality to recruit and support students at various stages of the enrollment funnel and the student life cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, RFI and information session events, admissions, applications submission, and document management. The ideal candidate has experience in database management, process automation, data integrity, database security, portal development and management, and event and form building. This position will serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for Slate for the Pamplin Graduate Programs in the Greater Washington DC metro region, working collaboratively with both internal and external constituents across campus.
