We're seeking an energetic candidate with experience in OPWDD Services and a working knowledge of OPW, Justice Center, OMIG, Incident Management rules and regulations as it pertains to the ID/DD field. We have ICF's, IRA's, Day Habs, Community Hab, Self Direction, Supportive Employment, and an Apartment Program. You should be familiar with all these abbreviations, their regulations, and services. If you aren't, this position isn't for you. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and 3 years of progressive experience in the management of these supports within the ID/DD field. There are a variety of responsibilities including
- 4 areas of oversite - Incident Management, Corporate Compliance, Quality Assurance and Supervisory Responsibilities
- Internal audits and monitoring of programs and the ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations
- Leading the Incident Review Committee, reporting, monitoring and documentation
- This position requires Administrator On-Call responsibilities under the Justice Center AOC regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine facts and take appropriate corrective actions as recommended by the overseeing committee or regulator
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking and follow up on Incident Management, Corporate Compliance and Quality Assurance investigations, outside surveys, and any other incidents that require documentation.
