Assistant Director of Academic Success - Fort Hays State University : Job Details

The Assistant Director for Academic Success will work with the academic success team in the Fischli-Wills Center for Student Success and serve as the lead for FHSU Orientation programs. The Assistant Director will foster collaborative partnerships with units across the institution with the primary goal of cultivating a culture that embraces retention and academic success as an institutional shared responsibility. The successful candidates will need to be able to organize and plan projects and events effectively, handle multiple work priorities and the ability to exercise good communication and judgement. In addition, the successful candidates will be organized, enthusiastic, pay attention to detail and goal-orientated.
