Assistant Director - Texas Tech University : Job Details

Lead, manage, and advise a caseload of student advisees for continuous and ongoing advising to TRIO Upward Bound participants regarding course completion, financial literacy, financial aid, career exploration, college & university enrollment, and other academic, social, personal, and cultural support. Plan, organize, and implement student-centered and family programming and events in culturally responsive ways to potential first-generation college students, low-income populations related to summer bridge experience, academic skill development, college exploration and enrollment, financial aid, financial literacy, career planning and exploration, goal setting, time management, self-advocacy, study skills, and other academic, social, and emotional needs to promote the high school completion, postsecondary enrollment and success of TRIO UB participants as well as collaborate with university partners to advance grant goals and objectives, including other TRIO and Campus Access and Engageme...Director, Assistant, High School, Financial, Program, Management
