The Opportunity:As the Assistant Director for the WSU Office of Academic Engagement (OAE) within the Office of the Provost, you will play a key part in advancing Washington State Universitys College Success Programsinitiatives designed to boost college persistence and degree completion for historically excluded students, with a focus on Teacher Prep Student Support Services and Passport to College. You will support the hiring, training, and supervision of project staff, design and implement curriculum aligned with grant standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality college success programs and services. You will also oversee statewide partnerships for the Passport to College program, serve as a liaison to WSU departments and external stakeholders in the absence of the director, and collaborate with the director on policy development, program planning, decision-making, and the collection, assessment, and reporting of data.
