Assistant Director - Texas Tech University : Job Details

Supervise and effectively manage one Section Coordinator for TTU Online term section inventory, one Section Coordinator for TTU Online end-of-term processing, and one Senior Evaluator for TTU Online student population. Provide positive guidance, example, and supervision including ongoing training and feedback for processing goals related to each area. Provide diligent oversight for monitoring all aspects of TTU Online end-of-term-processes, TTU Online term section inventory, and transfer evaluation for TTU Online student population to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and institutional policies and reporting requirements. Analyze, report, and make recommendations for improvements or concerns and respond professionally to all data inquiries necessary to support institutional goals. Work collaboratively with Registrar to ensure consistent and timely end-of-term processing for TTU Online terms.
