Every employee takes a person-centered approach that exemplifies the ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) through empathic communication and partnerships between all persons.Job DescriptionPURPOSE OF POSITIONThe Patient Experience Project Manager is responsible for leading initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing a team of Client Navigators.Areas Of ResponsibilitiesThis position will manage and direct programs related to the philosophy of Person-Centered Care [PCC]* across the system. The incumbent will be involved with assessment, data analysis, and strategic planning to improve the employee and patient experiences. They will report to and work closely with the Chief Experience officer and the Patient Care Experience team at their respective facility/service line, peer incumbents at other locations in the health system, as well as the Central Office Care Experience and Workforce Wellness departments. This role will partner with all key stakeholders from executive leadership to front-line staff, patients/residents/community members to spearhead improvement effort initiatives within the organization.Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a specialization in hospital administration,

health care administration, public health or a related discipline; or

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as described in “1” above,

and one (1) year of administrative experience; or

• An equivalent combination of training, college education and experience in related fields.
