Guiding students on their individual journeys toward a career in the health professions, from initial healthcare career exploration through the professional school application process. What We Need. We are looking for a team member team member who has:Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of college academic or career advising, pre-health advising, pre-professional advising, health professions admissions, or related student services experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive and respectful working relationships with students, staff, and faculty. Proven ability to successfully work in a collaborative team environment. Experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds, identities, and abilities that are underrepresented in STEM disciplines and healthcare professions.
