Assistant Director for the Center for Student Engagement - Loyola University Chicago : Job Details

Serve as a member of the Center for Student Engagements leadership team. Foster a commitment to a positive team culture in the Center. Directly supervise the Coordinator for Sorority and Fraternity Life. Indirectly supervise SFL Graduate Assistant and SFL ambassadors Directly advise one of the three SFL councils (the Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, Multicultural Greek Council), and provide guidance to the individual sorority/fraternity chapters. Continually assess the status of SFL at Loyola including national benchmarking assessments and make recommendations to administration on ways to improve the sorority and fraternity community. Provide leadership and creative solutions that result in Greek organizations embracing a lifestyle that promotes the healthy development of each member. Manage budgets associated with SFL.
