The Center for Student Engagement & Leadership (CSEL) is a department within the Division of Student Affairs at Ohio University located in Athens, OH, in Southeastern Ohio. CSEL has three primary function areas: leadership development (for all OHIO students), student organization oversight and management (450 student organizations) and campus wide programming. CSEL provides services and resources that foster a sense of belonging for all Ohio University students by providing engagement opportunities through leadership development, student organizations, and campus programming. Position Profile Supports the student experience outside the classroom by developing and implementing programs that promote student integration, well-being, and success.
