Position Overview
The Assistant Director, Center for Executive Education and Professional Development plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and operational success of the Executive Education and Professional Development programs within the College of Business Administration. This position is responsible for assisting in the development, delivery, and management of non-credit educational programs, ensuring alignment with client needs and institutional goals. The Assistant Director will collaborate with faculty, industry leaders, and cross-campus partners to enhance program offerings and drive business development initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality executive education and professional development programs.2. Collaborate with faculty and clients to ensure programs meet educational objectives and industry standards.3. Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.4. Support outreach efforts to identify and engage potential clients and partners.5. Develop marketing materials and strategies to promote executive education and professional development offerings.6. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance visibility and generate leads.7. Serve as a primary contact for clients throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.8. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.9. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster long-term partnerships10. Collaborate with administrative staff to coordinate logistics for program delivery, including venue selection and resource allocation.11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business or institute/center specific specialtyA minimum of 3 years of experience in related industryStrategic planning or project management experienceStrong organizational and communication skills
