The Women's Resource & Action Center seeks an Assistant Director and Engagement Coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate student and campus community engagement programs; to ensure programming is guided by current research, expert recommendations, and best practices, and aligns with the Center's overall mission; to lead and manage a student volunteer program, plan/co-plan and implement community-building and educational programming events, coordinate professional development opportunities for staff; and to assist Director in budget development, monitoring, and ensuring that expenditures align with unit, division, and institutional priorities, within resource capacity. Specific Job Duties & Tasks: Assesses education and community-building program needs and leads in the development of new programs and services based on identified needs.
