• Manage all aspects of a newly created competitive club sports structure and program.
• Oversee all aspects of womens flag football club team operations, including recruiting, scheduling, practice planning, game strategy, and player development.
• Develop a vision and strategy that aligns with the departmental and university strategic plan and mission.

• Experience coaching at the collegiate, club, or high school level.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and motivating student-athletes.
• Demonstrated experience using drive and vision to elevate an athletic program.
• Ability to collaborate, organize, and implement new initiatives.
