About This Role: The Assistant Director for Marketing and Promotions reports directly to the Associate Athletic Director for Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and coordinating all marketing, promotions, fan engagement, and creative content for assigned programs within the Athletics Department. This position will work closely with various athletics department staff to ensure marketing content and initiatives are aligned with contractual obligations, fan engagement functions and best practices. What Youll Do Position Responsibilities: Creates and implements marketing strategies, community outreach initiatives and in-game promotional activities for assigned sports to increase fan engagement and game attendance. Subsequently evaluate the effectiveness of deployed strategies to recommend and implement changes as needed.
