Job Description :
Under the direction of the Director of Events Operations, this position plays a key role in the success of the facility and events operations department, overseeing game day operations, logistics, and facility maintenance for their assigned sports. Serve as event manager for assigned sports, working closely with coaches, campus police, emergency medical services, parking attendants, game officials, security personnel, visiting teams, guest services, and the event staff. Duties include confirming arrangements in advance, delivering and retrieving necessary materials or equipment, and promptly addressing any issues that arise during events. Provide comprehensive day-to-day support for pre-event operations, assisting with the setup and preparation of facilities on the days leading up to athletic events.
