Job Description :

Caesars Digital is seeking an Assistant Director of Affiliate Marketing to support growth through management of key affiliate marketing strategies and partnerships for our Sportsbook, Casino, and Racebook products. This role will sit within the Marketing organization. If you have a passion for sports and online casino, are interested in digital advertising, and enjoy working on multiple projects, we would love to hear from you.

The role is centered on rapid growth, continual improvement, and the highest quality customer experience. It requires a versatile and well-rounded leader who is passionate about sports and iGaming, is someone who can execute strategy and roll up their sleeves to get things done. This role blends marketing, partnership management, business development, operations, and analytics. It reports to the VP of Marketing Strategy.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define and execute Caesars Digital's sports betting and iGaming affiliate strategy, working closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, content, martech, operations, trading) and external partners (affiliate partners, third-party technology platforms).
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders to present reports, answer questions, and communicate overall strategy for Affiliate Marketing.
  • Manage and mentor coordinators and other affiliate marketing team members.
  • Build strong working relationships with key affiliate partners and oversee existing affiliate relationships.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize partnerships towards positive ROI.
  • Set targets including CPA and PV, monitor these on an ongoing basis, and intervene where ROI thresholds are not met (e.g., blacklisting, revising contracts, updating CPAs, implementing best practices).
  • Work within regulations and operate according to the T&Cs.

    • What You Will Need:

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 5-7 years of professional experience in affiliate management, sports betting, or online casino space
    • Experience in editorial domains covering sports and gaming, which will constitute a significant portion of affiliate traffic to Caesars properties
    • Well-organized, able to prioritize work for self and others
    • Data-oriented and highly fluent with Microsoft Excel
