Job Description :
The Assistant Director of Events reports directly to the Associate Director of Engagement and serves as a key member of the Events team within the Colorado State University Office of Admissions. This position acts as the lead implementer for all undergraduate admissions events and campus partnership engagement initiatives. In close collaboration with the Associate Director and the Events Coordinator, the Assistant Director plays a central role in the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive visit and engagement programs that support prospective and admitted students, along with their families. Core responsibilities include the coordination and logistical execution of large-scale visit programseach serving between 1,000 and 1,700 attendeesas well as collaborative events hosted by the Office of Admissions and its campus and external partners.
