The workload for this position may include reviewing/drafting changes to the Lane Code and Lane Manual and County policy, contracts, RFPs, Board agenda packets, developing and providing staff trainings, and advising the Board of Commissioners, Department Directors, and staff on complex and sensitive legal questions.This position is located in Eugene, Oregon, and is eligible for a flexible, hybrid/remote work arrangement as allowed by the Administrative Procedures Manual with County Counsel approval.
