Every employee takes a person-centered approach that exemplifies the ICARE values (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) through empathic communication and partnerships between all persons.Work Shifts8am to 4pmMinimum Qualifications•Provide operational support to the CTI program staff of and direct assistance to the Team leader and Assistant Director.•Conducts studies related to CTI program and analyzes modification and development of systems and procedures to improve program operations. Makes recommendations and implements.•Serve as a liaison, collaborating between CTI program and Psychiatry Administration.•Perform various administrative duties, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, answering phone calls, filing, retrieving records, photocopying, updating manuals, and sending faxes.•Assist in developing forms and tracking tools to monitor and collect necessary data.•Aid in the preparation of reports.•Participate in budget planning, review operating cost studies, and assist in preparing the program budget as needed.•Maintain office record-keeping activities for the program, ensuring data is organized and tracked efficiently.•Oversee employee supervision, performance management, and development for assigned personnel (if applicable).•Ensure compliance manuals are current and updated regularly.•Order supplies for the program through ERP, ensuring adequate stock levels.•Ensure timely placement of orders and manage special orders as needed.•Submit invoices and follow up with Accounts Payable to ensure outstanding invoices are processed and current invoices are submitted for payment.•Assist with the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for timely contract renewals as needed.•Participate in the coordination of patient surveys.•Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Community Health, Psychology or related discipline with one year of full-time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, general administration, health care and medical/patient systems administration; or,2.
