Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller/ Senior Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team. The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• 8-10 years experience in financial management, particularly in corporate accounting and public accounting environments.
• Proficiency in Epicor (P21) software or similar ERP software REQUIRED.
• Excellent understanding of debits and credits, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
