  • Lead annual budgeting processes and support variance analysis versus actual results
  • Upload and manage financial data in the global managerial accounting system
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify trends, investigate variances, and optimize performance
  • Support sales and commercial teams with pricing strategy and customer negotiations
  • Partner with quoting and new product development teams by delivering financial inputs
  • Play a key role in upcoming ERP consolidation efforts
  • Act as a strategic finance advisor to site leadership and other business units

🎯 What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High emotional intelligence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced, and evolving organization

  • Be part of a global company undergoing an exciting transformation
  • Exposure to IPO preparation and high-level strategic initiatives
  • Competitive compensation + regular performance-based bonuses
  • Collaborative, hybrid work environment (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
  • Opportunity to work alongside and learn from international leadership
