Assistant Controller - Venture Capital : Job Details

Responsibilities:

*Coordination, management, and oversight of the investment firm administration, including the series investments, growth equity fund, and management company.

*This individual will report directly to the COO/CFO and will be responsible for all aspects of the fund administration, including reviewing and approving the work of the outsourced third-party accounting and tax teams.

*Preparing internal management reporting for the COO/CFO and managing partners, driving improvements in processes and reporting, and engaging in problem-solving.

Seeking candidates with:

*5-8 years of experience in fund accounting role at an investment manager, ideally PE/VC

*CPA required

*Public + Private mix is strongly preferred
