Judge Direct Placement is seeking an Assistant Controller in Cincinnati, OH. The candidate will supervise and direct financial functions at the manufacturing center.

• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Prepare and submit period-end journal entries
• Prepare account reconciliations, review financial statements, and research variances
• Produce financial models and forecasts
• Manage budget and system software
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control
• Communicate with the controller about site operations and issues
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Supervise direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback
• Maintain flexible working schedule

• 2+ years of financial experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Ability to perform statistical data analysis and review
• Independent analytical judgment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
