You will:Support daily operations and staff coordinationRespond to inquiries and conduct apartment tours with prospective residentsConduct periodic market surveys and maintain occupancy goalsAssist with verifying applications and income in accordance with LIHTC CompliancePerform move-in inspections and review welcome materials with new residentsMaintain accurate resident files and input data into OneSiteAddress resident concerns and service requests professionally and promptlyHelp plan and execute community eventsProcess rent payments, maintain financial records, and make bank depositsAssist in preparing reports and documentationSupport legal processes related to evictions, when necessary•What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in a similar role within property managementExperience with OneSite property management softwareFamiliarity with LIHTC regulations is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skillsA proactive, solutions-focused attitude and a team-first mentality Be Part of Something BiggerAt RichSmith Management, we're more than just property managers-we're community builders.
