Assistant Clinical Director (HLC) - The Salvation Army in the Midwest : Job Details

Assist the Medical and Clinical Director by providing evaluations of all clients referred for mental health services within 48 hours of admission. Provide Clinical and Administrative direction to supervise clinical staff facilitating meetings. Develop and implement viable evidence-based treatment programs. Oversee client metrics as identified by the leadership team. Ensure compliance with SAHLC policies and procedures. Complete annual Peer Reviews in collaboration with the Medical and Clinical Director. Develop and implement strategic goals for the clinical and medical departments Collaborate with leadership team for contractual management and audit purposes. Participate in the preparation of the annual Management Report and any additional reports as requested by the Executive Director. Develop and maintain professional working relationships with community service providers and substance abuse related organizations as assigned.
