Our client , A terrific Insurance Managing General Agent known for their professional and present work environment seeks an assistant bookkeeper with growth potential
Responsibilities Assist with :
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable:
- Work with bookkeeper to create invoices and ensure the due dates are correct
- Code all invoices received according to the general ledger of accounts and enter bills into QuickBooks
- Maintain historical records by filing documents
Qualifications
- Some premium accounting and AR and AP experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- active and independent with the ability to take initiative
