• Oversee assigned operational functions within the department in alignment with the strategic plan and departmental vision.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, including labor management, service supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Manage and assess guest service delivery within assigned departments to uphold the company's core service standards and brand attributes.
• Support management during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality service is consistently delivered to guests.
• Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to optimize revenue for the division while providing guidance to beverage employees and ensuring proper staff scheduling.
• Offer recommendations to management regarding daily operational challenges and perform other job-related duties as needed.

• Has over one year of supervisor or manager experience in a bar or hospitality setting (preferred)
• Able to lead and mentor a team
• Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Is at least 21 years old
• Has experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Demonstrates strong administrative skills and organizational abilities
