Benefits of Employment (Applies to full-time, non-police employees only) Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities Ticket Operations Responsible for the creation of products sold through Pacialon, which includes but is not limited to season tickets, single-game tickets, event registrations, memberships, donations, multi-product packages, and specialty items. Create and maintain event/product creation and event/product testing manuals for all events, products, and memberships assigned to this position. Responsible for fulfillment and allocation of tickets to home and away contests. Monitors ticketing policies and procedures Supervises and manages all daily operations of ticket office including ticket sales, parking passes, complimentary tickets and reports. Must follow NCAA Rules and regulations Duties & Responsibilities Financial Operations Accounts for all monies received and all charges to internal departments; manages receipt and deposit of funds.
