The Assistant/ Associate/ Professor of Anatomy for the De. Busk College of. Osteopathic Medicine Knoxville Campus shall have the primaryresponsibilities of teaching first- and second-year medical studentsand shall be held accountable for the teaching obligations as itcontributes to the attainment of the mission of the University, the. School, and the Department Required Qualifications PhD in Anatomy or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in health professions education utilizingevidence-based pedagogies and strategies to increase studentengagement and inclusivity; experience teaching medical grossanatomy with whole-body donor dissection-based labs;ability/interest to contribute to embryology, histology,neuroanatomy, and radiologic anatomy courses; active researchprogram that can include graduate and medical students; andacademic rank will be commensurate with training and experience.
