Committed to student learning by ensuring student access to programs and services, helping to remove barriers to student enrollment and progression, and supporting and assisting students with achieving their educational goals. Maintains a student caseload encouraging achievement of goals through self-assessment, reflection and connection to campus and community resources, with the goal of graduation. Assists with the developing and coordinating recruiting, outreach, and engagement programming. Implements strategies related to Student Excellence. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college. Experience in advising, mentoring, tutoring, student programming or student services in an educational or programming setting. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree, preferably in student personnel services, adult learning and development, counseling, guidance, education, or a related field of study.
