Overview
Assistant Manager ADC directs the daily operations of assigned ADCs and respective staff, while performing duties of an ADC attendant.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring assigned Donations Trailers are staffed.
- Assigning daily work tasks.
- Communicating trailer removal needs to the Transportation Department.
- Maintaining payroll.
- Lifting incoming donations (up to 50 lbs.) and traveling to ADC sites and other areas as needed, unloading donations from their vehicles, and offering/issuing a receipt for every donor.
- Maintaining cleanliness, order and security of the trailer area at all times. This position will require working outside in extreme conditions, but most trailers have some form of heating/cooling (fans).
Requirements
- REQUIRES VALID NORTH CAROLINA DRIVER LICENSE
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- EXPERIENCE: Experience as an ADC Attendant or previous customer service experience is preferred.
Hours & Compensation
Hours: Trailers are open between 9-7 M-Sat and 1-6 on Sunday. Hours will vary depending on location. Will be on call as necessary to respond to ADC needs.
PAY: $19
